Did you check any other contractors or get any other quotes? I did a couple sunrooms, and with real framing, windows, and doors, I always underbid the "sunroom" companies.

Working on getting comparative quotes , but those are likely DIY methods.. I cant get apples to apples comparison because I was told there is nothing like buy all-in-1 (pre built) like what comes as liferoom. thoughts?

There are multiple companies offering add on and stand alone sunrooms. I see two possible downsides dealing with this company,(A) new without track record that can be checked (B) claiming to offer a product you can not buy anywhere else. Haaa, haaaa, haaaa,if all con men have anything in common, that may be it. Do not use these guys as your bench mark while shopping. Having said all that,$140 per square foot for lifetime warranty product doesn't sound bad in many markets. Warrant alone is enough reason to stick with time tested companies. Custom stick built as mentioned by ichabod so it looks like part of the house certainly has desirable elements and is my preferance by far.

Dear wheonuzz, there are many possibilities ranging from fenced solution, over screen/lanai, fixed room, glass sunhouse and retractable sunrooms. It is up to you to decide. When considering, please bear in mind the added value - that is something you cannot express generally - for some, most important is to protect pool/spa, for others it is view.

We sell retractable pool and patio enclosures - they are built of segments that slide over each other, so you can telescopically slide the enclosure away and fully uncover the patio - see our presentation here:
