My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Amtico Vinyl flooring. It is a great product! I am not sure the exact color and style.

    Stay away from Amtico. They won't mind holding up you project by a month or more by waiting until your ship date (one month after ordering) to discover that they don't have any of your floor to cut and won't for another month. Horrible horrible horrible.
