Try a power wash, larger lanterns and a brighter color door. Remove the tall manicured greenery and continue the loose plantings. Large colorful urns of pretty plants to flank the door, windows and greenhouse window will look great. Don't forget the tulips!!!

Most of the neighbours have clean walls like us. We want to keep it modern. Vertical gardens is one to keep in mind, but im afraid it will look messy. What aBout cypress trees?

By loose, I mean the way the rest of the area around the manicured evergreens is done. Not stiff and rigid but flowing. Are you talking about removing some of the brick walk/drive to do plant installations that would be permanent? If they go bad, you're stuck. With urns you can insert plants or ditch the whole thing if it fails to thrive, so I prefer the flexibility. Anything attached to your walls that doesn't do well will be a pain and an ugly one until you figure out how to remedy the issue.

I love the pot idea. Then every year you can change up the look. One beautiful climbing vine is a climbing hydrangea but it takes a long time to climb but stunning when flowering!

Weet je wat ook heel mooi zou zijn bij jullie huis; siergrassen. In combinatie met grind. Er liggen nu wel erg veel klinkers om het huis.

Paint the trim to match the door. The current blue is much too heavy, and doesn’t work well with the brick.

I like it. I was wondering about the lack of privacy with that big window.
