My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Gorgeous update! I love everything except the heavy mirror. I would opt for artwork in that location. It needs a bit more character. You might find inspiration here: http://www.houzz.com/projects/1295077/art-original-abstract-paintings

      I do have a large piece of art on the opposite wall and I love how it reflects in the large mirror.

      I love the Silver Drop by Behr! I have Classic Silver by Behr in my living room. I also love the black accents which look great with the silvery gray paint!

      Everything looks great except for the drapes. One panel just isn't right for your nice room, and they need to hang higher than the mantel art piece. Hoping you'll tackle the stairs next! Good job!
