Our main bathroom is accessed from 2 points - hallway and our son's room. There is a hall about 7" x 3.5" between the door of our son's room and the actual bathroom. (You enter the door to bathroom, then walk through this hall until you hit the shower, toilet, etc.) I'm considering putting in another door on the bathroom end of this hall and making a closet out of what is now wasted space. It would also provide a sound buffer for bathroom use when our son is sleeping. Thoughts? Is the space too narrow to make for a functional closet? Or maybe it becomes something else?
