Ordered 5 slider and swing door units for a residential gut renovation in PA. Shipment was delayed by 3 weeks which then set in motion a cascade of delays for all subcontractors dependent on the timing. Then upon finally receiving partial delivery of the system (one unit was incorrectly made and had to be reproduced) a major element of the largest unit was damaged. It required several days of dealing with very poorly informed customer service agents and finally escalating to get that part re-manufactured and shipped. When the final units was received it was also discovered to be incorrectly made to specifications. Again, several rounds of communication with under-qualified, under-trained staff took weeks to resolve. Replacement parts were incorrectly made twice before La Cantina finally discovered communication issues within their departments.

In the end, this supplier cost the project nearly $20,000 in lost man-hours, added costs for re-installations, and on and on.

There are several providers of this same basic product in the market Nana Wall, Marvin, Panda Windows, Western Windows . I highly suggest using another supplier. La Cantina is poorly managed and has a non customer friendly culture. Not a company to risk a costly renovation on.
