Enough Bathroom/Closet space?

This is a first floor layout that you guys have been helping me with a little bit. I am starting to get it a little further along with it and a few more questions.
Do you think I have enough space in this half bath? Does the 2nd closet in that bath nearest to the toilet make it too cluttered and the one closet enough?
Do you think I should frame in a closet (the 3' pictured one below) or go with a purchased closet as attached? The ceiling are only ~8' so I think framing may be better?
