My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This appears to be rift and quartersawn oak (white or red?) and what finish was used?

    This floor is a quatersawn white oak floor with a DuraSeal stain and water based finish.

      Was there rift mixed in? We are putting a floor on slab - do you provide an engineering version of the flooring referenced in this picture? We have a local experienced flooring company to install - they source through Gallaher.

      Most "Quarter Sawn" floors will include Rift Sawn as well. Both are usually produced the same way. We offer just Quarter Sawn, just Rift Sawn, and the most popular Rift & Quarter Sawn. Yes we offer it as engineered and as solid. Both available finished or unfinished. joel@oakandbroad.com
