Bad glass tile job. Now what?

We are renovating a house and the tile work in both our master and guest bathrooms was poorly done. The contractor agreed to make it right and hired a sub who specialized in glass tile. The master was completely demoed and redone - it looks amazing! The attached pictures are from the guest bathroom...it's worse than before. I guess they didn't want to foot the bill so they tried to patch it. They are coming for a walk-through tomorrow and I know they are going to ask for final payment but I do not feel like the job is complete. Unfortunately, at this point, I think it would cost more to redo the tile than we owe the contractor. Thoughts!?

Give them a chance to touch up the grout.

I asked them to replace the corners and re-grout - they agreed but this is what I came home to and I was told the job was complete. They used some type of sparkly grout that looks dirty to me.

That "wrap" with the oval tile deco band kills me. That should be matched up.

The grout can be touched up easy enough. The corners will be a little trickier. I'm wondering if they used a glass blade with that amount of blowout on the backs. It seems like trying to get them to do better is kicking a dead horse at this point. If you run a little wider than normal bead of matching caulk or silicone in the corners, it may be enough to hide the chipping.
