I got two lavenders, dwarf as I recall. They are about 7-8" high and have been blooming nicely, but now most of the blooms are spent except for a small tuft on top. Should I remove the remaining blooms, and then will it rebloom? I'd like it to bloom all summer but not sure if it works that way.

One other question, do lavenders like to be fed or not?
