Thank you for visiting our site. Yes the decals can be arranged however you like. They will all come as separate pieces. The blue you see is just the color of the wall. You wall color will show through on the parts of the planets that look blue. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Houzz imported our inventory into the system goofy and they are working on fixing it. When you order it we will make it just like the picture with all of the different colors.
