Grout color suggestion for back splash

Kitchen renovation almost complete, but need some expert advice on grout color for the field tile and medallion above my cooktop. Pictured here, can/should 2 different colors of grout be used on a back splash, one for the medallion and one for the field tile? Not sure a "sand" grout for the field tile would look right for the medallion. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance!
