My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It does hold up to moisture. The contractor made sure that it was the kind of window and frame that was for a shower area. I don't have the specifics, but I am sure if you search the web -- or even look at your local building codes -- you will find what you need.

    I am a contractor and put vinyl window sashed windows in all the time in showers but we will tile the bottom sash a lot of times with pitch on it for water drainage.
