Cabinet prices between distributors

I received two completely different prices for the exact same cabinets (brand and style). They were about 20-30% different. We want to be sure we aren't missing something glaring in the less expensive seller, but what would drive the large difference in price for the same product? Thanks!

Every business has a margin of profit. Supply, demand and distribution. Bulk buying and/or relationship with distributor. These are variables of the unknown. Bids have potential for not comparing apples to apples. Shiloh has different cabinet boxes with the same doors and drawers. Ask the high bid if he would like to come down.
