My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter, it's a nice soft greige. Definitely test as it looks different in different lighting.

    I don't think dark but can look more beige or more gray in different lights.

    Wall color is beautiful in this picture but it looks really dark for our condo that only has a window on the north side and slider on the south side. Can you recommend something similar in tone but lighter?

    Sure- you could have Benjamin Moore mix half white with this (Revere Pewter) or try Classic Grey
