Who does the cabinet trim...Cabinet maker or GC?

If I'm installing new painted kitchen cabinets AND all new painted molding in the house, who should I have do the molding on the cabinets? I thought it would make sense to have the trim guy who is doing the entire house to do everything but the cabinet maker insists he does cabinet trim.

Difference between a cabinet guy and a trim guy is about 1/8". Cabinet guys work with tighter tolerences, also most cabinet moldings are solid hardwood with nicer finishes. 4" Cabinet grade painted crown sells for $9 a linear foot in my area. 4" base molding is $3.
