The exterior of my house was in bad shape before I hired painters to paint it. There was peeling paint and some areas were down to the aluminum siding, especially the side with all of the windows. Since they spray painted the Taupe Tease on, it looks like brand new siding!

Paint the storm doors red, will give more of an impact

I will be replacing the storm doors with clear glass in the future. We are doing changes in phases since I just spent over $3000.00 to have the house and detached garage painted.

I love color and I believe it's the spice of life! Too many people on my street alone have gone with the "safe" white house and either white trim or some other pastel color. I wanted to be different without looking like "OMG what did you do?"!

Thanks Architectural Novice! Yes, my house blended in too well with all of the others on my street that are just plain white. I also did not like that they painted the trim and everything a matte white! The paints on my house are all satins and this paint should last at least 10 years or more.

Nice work! What part of the country are you in? I wanted to have my siding painted as we'll in the estimates were for $8-9000- I have a 2400 sf home .

Thanks lisakasp! I'm in Dayton, Ohio and the house is 1480 sq. ft. plus the detached garage. I paid between $3000.00 and $3500.00 for the painting company to power wash the house and garage and to have everything painted with Behr Marquee paint, which is almost $50.00 a gallon.
