My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the decking. What kind is it?

I really like the smooth look of the decking. Is it stained, treated, or bought in this condition? It looks very sleek.

    Thank you. FSC certified IPE wood. We used concealed screws so you don't any screws on deck surface at all. Oiled with Mesmers oil.

      Yes, all the wood used for the decking, siding, and trellis' was FSC IPE.
