I know that the limp leaves look unattractive, but as long as they are green, they can still provide for the plant. I would say it is safest just to leave them on until they turn completely brown.

please, add a bit of sphagnum to that bark mix. I nursed few phalaenopsises back to health and, from my experience, adding sphag to bark helps a lot. And, please, do not remove these leaves till they will become yellow and they will fell from the plant themselves. New growth shows your orchid is in good health , good luck!

limp leaves indicate your plants's root system is dead or dying, do not remove any green tissue. I would pull plant out and examine roots, cut any brown/dried/rotted roots, get some quality sphagnum moss at HD/Lowes orchid supply section, soak in water and squeeze air out of it. You want moist moss, not dripping wet, get a pot smaller than the one plant is in by about a third and repot it. Water sparingly until new roots are visible. Just do not let moss dry out. This requires a few weeks of intensive observation. Good luck...
