It could be quite a of of things. It is a bit wilted and rather etiolated so id is tricky. Chamomilum nobile, aka Roma Chamomile is a likely candidate. Anthemis tinctoria is another possibility, or one of the other Anthemis.

Has the trough got drainage? It looks as if it needs more light too.

It's impossible to tell without flowers. the shape leaf look same shape yarrow and chamomile leaves

flower is small tiny flowers and white clusters then it's Yarrow (Achillia millefolium)

flower is yellow center with white petals like daisy then it's Chamomile (Chamomilum nobile)

It does not flower. I will update pictures as it is now happy again after transplant.

"It does not flower." It may not have flowered yet but that doesn't mean it won't. All plants flower, apart from mosses, algae and fungi.

My vote is for a Achillea.
