I have used them and I completely regret my decision to do so. I ordered 2616 pieces of tile from them. The order took weeks to leave their facility since they did not have the tile in stock, but had to wait for it to arrive from Daltile; they did not mention this on their site. The real trouble began when the order arrived. Most of the tile was received in good condition, but around 40 pieces were damaged. Most of the damaged pieces came form two boxes. One box was at the top corner of the pallet and the other was on the top. The box on the top had an assortment of trim pieces (some of which were wrapped together) that had banged around with each other and had chipped and cracked. The box on the corner had clearly hit some other freight damaging all the corner pieces of tile. Both of these types of damage would have been prevented if the tile was properly packaged and palletized. Padding should be placed along the corners and loose tile should not be allowed to bang together. The company's response to my email about the broken tile was that any damage had to have been noted on the bill of lading. Picture for yourself a truck driver sticking around patiently while you inspect 2616 pieces of tile. I ordered replacement tiles from another company (some pieces were cheaper and some were a few cents more) and they arrived quickly (they list quantities in stock on their website). This other company had foam spacers in their boxes so that the tile would not bang around and had double boxed the tile so that they wouldn't get chipped or fractured from colliding with another box.
