Beautiful home. I like the black too, but also agree a gray/green (more gray than green) would be nice too. Just the color of your roof as it looks from a distance in these pics.

If you want color and want the shutters to stand out against the brick, what about a nice Colonial blue?

I can't quite tell what color your cedar shingles are. They look greenish in one photo and blue-gray in another. If they're green, I'd stick with green for the shutters and just use a lighter, brighter green.

That SW app is so so. It's useful but I've found it doesn't get the colors very accurately. I don't know what colors you are trying in your examples.

Green like thes shingles

The softer, grey/green appeals to me, as you will paint the shutters on the white extension of the home the same color. Beautiful home... Wish you many happy years.
