Hello, I ordered this product from sears and it came with a big crack on the bottom. I called Sears for a refund and they said it was up to Gwg Outlets. I left countless messages and emails and Gwg did not return any of my calls. Sears FINALLY agreed to refund me. I am still looking for a bench like this. If I order this from you and it comes busted, will you be the one to refund me, or will I also have to wait for Gwg ?
