The tree is probably an apple tree,,,those that are just decorative..The bush is difficult to tell from the photo,,,it could be a type of Viburnum

I have a viburnum and the leaves are not shinny..the flowers are a bit more like a cluster, that's why I am not sure if it's from the same family. Definitely not azaleas or lilac

by looking at the flower, it doesn't seem to be a robinia, unless there are some hybrids..

The shrub is Kolkwitzia amabilis, known as Beauty Bush.

Shrub looks like Kolkwitzia. Tree fruit of some sort: could be crabapple, flowering plum, or cherry. Need bark closeup, location, etc.

Ok, definitely not a lilac after seeing the close up of the flowers. I think Partim nailed it with the Kolkwitzia after checking out her link. Beautiful bush!

Another possibility for the flowering shrub is weigela; very similar in flower form, bloom time, and foliage. Weigela cultivars are available in many colors of both flower and leaf.
