Project summary:
The owners of this Keller home were deciding whether to stay in their home and remodel, or list it and purchase another one. After visiting new homes, they discovered that improvements would greatly enhance the home they loved and allow them to remain in their neighborhood. At the time, their kitchen was dated and felt “boxed” in. Although there were two islands, there was never enough prep room or cooking space near the cooktop. And the old cabinets throughout the room did not function with their needs.
The homeowners desired a casual, yet contemporary and functional design in the living, kitchen and dining rooms, with just a touch of farmhouse appeal.
