We are redoing our L shaped kitchen with white shaker cabinets, and currently our choice of flooring is calacutta nature porcelain tile (Home depot edition).

the foyer and upstairs bathroom will have the same tile (don't want so much different type of flooring)

the accent wall by the bathroom will be the wave version of the tile.
we also have caramel/golden oak wood floors on the main floor and 2nd floor.

Now we are trying to decide on which kind of granite counter top to go with it, and also what back splash?

should i stick with the same look for the back splash? but use a different kind of tile shape/style? either mosaic or subway?

Colonial white
Colonial gold
Aspen white

But open to other opinions
