This all looks like concrete to me. Perhaps if you clicked on "more info" beneath the photo and followed the link to the architect's website, you'll get more information. It's a beautiful house, that's for sure. See the 2nd floor deck? I bet the owners enjoy that space!

Wood = ipe
Gray = cement board
Blue = painted cementitious siding (aka hardiplank)
