Thanks for your question! This product is sold as a case of 10 tiles. This tile is scored, which is why it appears to be more than one piece.

I would like to be sure I understand: 10 tiles (13x13" each), or each 13x13" piece is $82?

Each case has 10 tiles. One tile appears as the picture you see as the nine pieces/designs are all included in one tile.
