Frost is a very local thing. If your pepper seems heathy, they are not affected by frost. I would't worry then.

If you look at it and it looks ok, then it should be fine.

Peppers can take a light frost without dying most of the time. It might set it back a bit, but they'll pull through, even if they look a bit droopy for a week.

Usually you can tell right away once thy are thawed. If they're green and droopy you may be ok. Just do not touch them or get them wet. Similar to dehydrated leaves. If you see black end leaves, shriveled leaves, or extremely dark leaves they're probably toast
