I'm having the same problem - white cabinets, tab/brown granite and wood floors. Trying to find a tile for my house that ties into the beachy look but adds some color... it just feels like white tiles are they only thing that won't clash!

agree with you, we my just need to go with white subway and maybe use a grey or neural grout. Waiting to hear other comments!!!!

I saw many pics of kitchens with white subway tile backsplashes with white cabinets and black countertops, and think it looks fine...others had grey subway tile, which I liked but thought it would be more limiting for making changes later..ie: painting, etc. I do l like some of the mixed colored glass tiles too...
