Gorgeous room! I like how you have mixed the contemporary furnishings into what looks like an historical Craftsman. There is a company that I have used for clients called Modern Nature Design. The rugs are hand woven in Nepal, you can choose your color scheme and the designs are lovely, organic shapes. Let me know what you think:)

Beautiful room! The darker wood inlay border in your floor should be taken into account. It appears to be very close to the dining chair on the one end. You definitely don't want your rug to cover the inlay wood. I would suggest a custom rug size with clipped corners to mimic the floor design, and use a carpet type that is easily cleaned. An example would be Mohawk Smart Strand, Amazing Beauty. Good luck!

Thank you Patti! It is because of the inlay that I want a rug that is 9 x 13 which seems to be a more uncommon size. Hopefully I can find one. I will look for the rug you suggested.
