My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I have one of these and it is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat in. So far I've had people of all shapes and sizes try it out and no one likes it. We've determined the only person that might be able to sit in it comfortably is a quadriplegic pygmy.

    IKEA website lists this as recommended for age 3 & older, weight limit 220 lbs.
