Help! I need help tying two very different rooms together

I just painted my dining room blue and am using dark red Accents in addition to Oak furniture that, as you can see I have not yet transitioned into the room. I'm really excited about it, however the attached living room is very beige and I don't want it to clash too much, but I do want to add some color. Any suggestions on accent colors for my beige colored living room?! Photo in comments

Dark red along with any other shade of red looks stunning with beige! You could also add some blue accents as well since we all know that red and blue also look great together!

You could bring the blue and red into the living room with pillows, throw, and/or an area rug under the seating area.

It is quite a contrast between rooms, I would bring in a perhaps a chair like in pic and art work with some blue and red, throw, cushions, just add slowly and see what suits, what is you painted an accent wall in the blue from you other room, where you can see the wall from the blue room
