Designe of the island? Cabinets?

I need to design an island like that and I am wondering what you have from both side of the islands and the opposite side? Thank you!

    the island is pretty small. I don't remember the exact size, but it's just large enough for the built-in oven (standard size electrolux), with a 12" deep shelf cabinet on one end.

    The back and opposite sides are just solid panels, and the front (facing the stovetop) is the oven door. You can kind of see the handle in the pic.

    What is the oven model and the cook top?Is the oven too low when you cook?

    the oven is electrolux EW30EW55GS. I thought it would be too low, but it was fine - never bothered me. The cooktop is DCS CDU365L.
