It sounds like your sofa could be this color. In this case the walls are white/cream but there are other options depending on the rest of the room.

Decoratinglady5, once you confirm that the sofa in the above photo is about the same color as yours and any other colors/patterns you already have, rug suggestions can be made. If you buy a modern rug with bright green and blue from the pillows in the sofa photo but you already have a chair with a traditional paisley patterned chair in red and gold, they will clash and you will have wasted your money.
