I would definitely paint the wood portions of the home. Off the top of my head, I would go with a lighter brown or creme color. It would really help the home pop.

No way. the wood but not the brick, I must have misunderstood, sorry. A grayish green with crème trim would look nice.

I like the trim color with the brick and the roof (which is good with the brick). I would go lighter on the paint color -- a cream color might be suitable.

Sage green would look great with the brick! I also vote no on painting the brick. Sage green would also look great with your brown roof!

If you do not like the dark fascia and trim then use a color a few shades darker than the house color. That will prevent you from having to paint it all. Or is it due for painting?
