Where did you source the bluestone in Massachusetts

Were you able to buy the bluestone as tiles or did you have to cut them down? Where were they sourced in Massachusetts? Did you ask for polished bluestone?

    The bluestone was sourced in Massachusetts and was cut down to the sizes shown--4" high.
