Help identify herbs?

I just bought a house, and it has a herb garden out back. Can anyone help identify the contents of my new garden? I plan to take samples to a garden center, but it's not very high on the list of priorities right now.

#1 and #2 both smell like mint. If that is the case, what's the difference?

2. A mint - there are hundreds. Not Spearmint.

1. Does it smell of lemon? If so Lemon Balm. If not Maybe another mint.

Can you show 1 and 2 from further back so we can see the habit?

They are all together in one giant raised flowerbed. Right in the middle of the yard, lots of sun.

#1 is certainly Lemon Balm, Melissa officinalis. #2 could be English Pennyroyal, Mentha pulegium.

Kristen Marie, I'd like to see the habit not the habitat ;-) a plant's habit is its shape and the way it grows. It is very useful for id purposes.

3 is Ruta graveolens, Rue. 100% certain of that id.

Absolutely Ruta graveolens for 3. I can smell the lemony scent for #1 from here. Lemon balm from the looks of it.
