I will assume that you are wondering how much it would cost to hire a professional remodeling company to install the cabinets. Here in the DC area I would ball park the cost between $1500-$2000 for the labor plus the cost of the cabinets and top. This can vary greatly depending upon where you live and whether the company follows proper regulations.

I'm in Upper Marlboro and here is the floor plan and pic of ghe wall where I want to install the wet bar (against the wall with the bathroom on other side). The wall on the right side of the tv. I'm gonna move the tv and furniture to different part of the basement.

No I haven't yet. There are some other things that took priority and my 3 year old is having so much fun playing in the open basement I'm actually rethinking putting it in.

First priority is putting in the deck so by the time is gets warm again we can start having cookouts.

To answer your question I'm thinking that is too much. There are some really capable people out there working freelance. Especially in this area. Ask around with your friends and I bet you will find someone to do it for 1/2 of that.
