My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It’s funny I used a combination of Sikkens Natural, Teak and Mahogany on part of the exterior of the mixed use commercial / residential project I was telling you about in a question about the stain color you chose for the interior of this home!

    The new siding on the rest of the building and changes to the window configurations are in progress now
