Yes, marigold and possibly velvet leaf, a common ag weed. The latter also serves as "poor man's toilet paper" once the big plush leaves expand.

Thank you everyone, this will deffinetly be helpful when transplanting it. I had a feeling that other little guy was a weed because it wasnt there before it was dropped in my drive way!
