Hello,

I'm seeking advice on a garage conversion. We just hired an architect, but since this job is "small" in comparison, they basically will do whatever I want without a lot of thought. I've worked with my contractor on these three options, and would love advice.

The garage is detached. The windows are existing as in Option 3.

I want a full bath, storage, and a kitchen sink / small refrigerator / coffee machine.
