Which sealer for my Restoration Hardware table?

I would like to:

  • Remain as close as possible to the color of the table.
  • Remain as close as possible to the powdery RH look.
  • Completely protect against water and oil spills/marks.

The three contenders are:

  • Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C-A, in Pure
  • Tung Oil
  • Modern Masters Dead Flat Varnish

The two tables I ordered are:

I've read a ton in regard to Rubio Monocoat Oil, sounds very promising and will most likely be my choice if there isn't a sufficient amount of support for the other two. Just found out about Modern Masters Dead Flat Varnish a few moments ago. A lady reviewed it stating that it did not alter the RH powdery finish at all.

Thank you all in advance for your help!
