how big is this kitchen? Is that drawer functional

Is that drawer next to the stove/oven functional? does it open without hitting the oven? And what length are the counters (from corner next to sink to stove, and then over to wine fridge? it looks similar to ours and we're trying to decide on cabinet & appliance layout.

Hello Timberlyg,

Thanks for your questions! Yes, the cabinet to the right of the drop in range in functional. I do not have access to the file, but it could be a corner cabinet (Lemans cabinet) that has special shelves to allow full corner access (see image below of the same type of cabinet open), or a garbage pull out. What you are not able to see is that the cabinet is pulled so that when it does open, it does not interfere with the range door handle. The space is covered with a filler. I would talk to your designer about this, as you could make that any type of cabinet you want, as long as it is pulled forward to allow clearance for any pulls/knobs or handles.

I do not have the exact dimensions for this space but I believe it is close to an 8'x8' from corner left of sink to range and from corner right of range to wine fridge.
