My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter. I recommend it for brighter rooms. If the room is north facing try Classic Grey

The striped chairs are Pottery Barn

I do not find that fabric selection on Pottery Barn website. Did you have to recover with your own fabric? Are they comfortable?

It is (or was) one of their Performance fabrics, which are very durable. Yes, they are comfortable! Ballard also has similar chairs with many fabric options.

Thank you so much for the information! The room is lovely.
