This is a 1/2 bath, so it just has toiletry and sink fixtures. If you have a bathtub or a shower this might become an issue. Good ventilation as in sufficiently capable exhaust fan(s) or operable windows would help. The metal here is galvanized so rust per se is not an issue. But as you may know, moisture either direct or as steam, causes the galvanizing to cloud up over time and loose it glass. Some like this, some do not.

There are metal tiles and metallic-ceramic tiles, as well as other type of metals that can be used as interior finishes, that do not have the issues that galvanized sheet metal has.
