I'll try to help. The flooring is a Live Sawn Oak grain. The finish is prefinished and the planks are likely Engineered because they are so wide.

I don't think this company ever actually answers any questions that people post. They just like to post their own photos and not bother with any follow up. Not a great way to show your clients that you are engaged.
