Here are some ideas:

1) Remove the shutters as they are too small for any of the windows.

2) Agree with changing the garage door. Something with windows so you don't have that huge blank space.

3) Doubly agree with removing the wrought iron. It looks "Fussy" and out of date. A couple of columns would give a much more clean look.

4) If and when budget allows remove and replace landscaping.

5) If you don't like all the white then change the color of the siding.
