I had about 25+ ideabooks that I've worked on for the past 1.5 years while designing our home for a remodel, and they have all suddenly vanished. I tried logging in from different browser, iphone and ipad, and everything is gone. I contacted support and they can not locate the history associated with my account. I'm trying to get this escalated so this can be remedied. Please assist.
