I have an odd request...

This may not be the place to ask, but I"m going to try anyway. I have just redone my kitchen and I have white, honed Carrera marble tile for my backsplash. My toaster oven and my microwave have black cords and they don't look very nice with the marble. Yes, I DID try to have the outlet behind the appliance. It was not feasible due to a stud in one place, and the plug on the toaster oven (a Mini Breville) is outrageously long and causes the oven to have to sit in the middle of the cabinet. I used plug mold here, but the cord going up to the plug is off-putting.

My question - is there any appropriate white paint I could safely use on the cords? Or a small cover for the cords? I really hate that black, but I love these two appliances, both are new and both are staying.
